岗位描述
1负责生产部日常运作，保证生产车间员工完全按照作业指导保质保量的完成生产任务。监督日常生产的各项要求，如工人生产效率，产品报废率，生产计划的达成率，产品的一次性合格率等。
2 依据5S，对车间进行持续改进，每日巡查及时发现问题及时改进。
3落实控制成本，包括公用动力成本，辅材成本，人员成本，控制加班时间，增加产品一次合格率从而减少设备无效运转时间。
4对车间员工每月的工作结果进行考评，绩效奖金的评定。并召开每月生产会议，对当月生产发生的质量问题，生产效率问题，5S方面存在的问题追溯原因并落实改进。
5制定生产部的预算，包括设备改进，厂房设施改进，人员扩充及培训方案。
6持续的团队改进工作，通过技能培训和先进理念培训，团队建设等激励员工自我改进，不断创新。
7 监督生产计划主管完善生产计划，确保生产计划与车间产能之间的平衡，并且保证按时完成计划安排的工作。
8协助设备维护人员管理主要设备和辅助设备，保证内部和外部保养按时完成，与供应商洽谈，保证以最小的成本定期完成设备保养和维修，制定年度和月度的设备保养计划，督促设备维护人员按时完成。
9协助QHSE经理取得各种证件及通过政府部门的检查，召开安全生产会议及组织每季度的安全生产培训，落实三级安全教育。
Job Description
1 Take charge the routing operation of production department, make sure all operators can match the daily target and arrangement base on the good quality and fully follow the work instruction, i.e. production efficiency, scrap rate, planning implement rate, one-time pass rate, etc.
2 Take charge the continuous improvement by 5S, get finding in daily tour. Motivate the operator share their suggestion with team member.
3 Cost reduction including utility cost, auxiliary material, manpower, minimum the OT, increase one-time pass rate what we can reduce loss un-useful machine running time
4 Take charge the monthly KPI evaluation, hold the monthly production meeting, to show the quality claim , production efficiency , 5S finding .
5 Set up yearly budget of production equipment, facility, manpower recruitment and training.
6 Continuous improvement, motivate the worker to make innovation during the work .
7 Cooperate with planning supervisor to control and follow production schedule , balance the schedule and productivity to be sure we produce just on time .
8 Assist to maintain the equipment and facility management, ensure all the maintenance is finished on time, setting the yearly and monthly equipment maintenance schedule and negotiate with supplier to reduce the cost.
9 Assist QHSE Manager to update certificates and routine check of authority, hold the monthly safety meeting , implement safety training especially three level safety training .
任职要求
-3年以上生产企业生产经理经验，化工行业尤佳；
-本科及以上学历；
-优良的书面英语及口语；
-熟练操作办公软件，熟悉ERP软件更佳；
-良好的团队合作精神。
Qualification
-About 3 years experience of production Manager in a manufacturing environment. (Chemical Industries is a plus);
-Bachelor's degree or above;
-Excellent oral and written English skills;
-Must be competent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. ERP experience is a plus;
-Good teamwork spirit.
